Navigating Turbulence: The Family Business Rules for Overcoming Challenges and Building Resilience

What are you going to do when things go wrong in your family business?

What could go wrong you say?

How about when someone in the family business embezzles?
How about when someone has an addiction?
How about when a lazy cousin gets hired, or money gets given to charities you don't support, or "Uncle Joe" gives his kids cushy jobs, and yours get the hard ones?
How about when a family member uses the company credit card for personal purchases?
What are you going to do then?
This may seem far-fetched, but it happens all the time, and families are destroyed by the family business. There has to be a better way to run a family business.
My focus is to find that better way.

That’s why I have written The Family Business Rules.
